We’ll explore common patterns of behavior that lead to losing oneself in relationships and address root issues. You’ll gaining insights into how these issues impact your relationships and learn practical strategies for overcoming them.

2.       Embodying Change:

I’ll take you through a guided exercise to forgive past experiences and change your relationship with fear, allowing you to let go of outdated beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve you.

3.       Creating Healthy Relationship Templates and Develop Conscious Goals:

You learn how to envision and articulate your desires and align those desires with taking courageous steps to empowered action.
